Energy saving devices

RDE carries a range of products that can either cut energy use, or at least let you monitor energy use so that you can convince yourself that there are additional things that you need to get into the habit of doing! We have a relationship with a company called Doctor Energy who supply a wide range of Energy Efficiency goods.

Efergy energy monitors

These are clever little devices that monitor the amount of electricity going through your meter. They then send a wireless signal to a display unit and this then lets you know how much in £, watts or amps you are using. You can also programme these to give you a total usage over a period of time. The reader just clips over the the live feed into the meter and so it is very easy to fit and does not require an electrician. The Eco Home Centre stock the new Elite and E2 models that can also be adapted for 3 phase properties as well. The additional sensors are available for an additional £ 6.95 each.

The E2 can be linked up to your computer to give you more detailed information and also plot out in graph form electricity usage.
