There are courses available to builders to improve their knowledge and skills associated with sustainable construction, so ask if they have attended any of these. We started as a carpentry and timber framing company in 2003 and were frustrated by the lack of consideration that other building companies showed the environment and their customers, so we decided to do it all ourselves.
